When should I call to schedule my move?
we
strongly suggest to call at least 7 to 14 days prior to the move. our
list busiest days are between the 3rd and the 24th
of each month. the most busiest months are April to September
Do
I need an estimate?
Yes. For small moves up
to 3 Brm. apartments, you can get an estimate over the phone. For
larger moves, we recommend to get a visual estimate in order to be
more accurate. There is no charge for the estimate.

estimate - How long does it take ?
apartment - Usually no
more than ½ ( half) an hour. House- may
take no more than an hour.
How
long does it take to move ?
–
many factors required to
be gatherd in order to be accurate. Local moves will take usually
several hours from start to finish while long distance moves can take
several hours fro pick up and several days for delivery depending on
destination and dates requested by you.
How
prepared should I be for the estimate or for the move?
Before
estimate - Please prepare a list of all questions before estimate or
even before the move. We can answer them in your home or over the
phone.
Before
the move- we strongly recommend to check all appliances are
disconnected. All boxes are concentrated in each room and sealed. All
boxes are marked clearly on the top where they assigned to be moved
in the new residence. And most importantly make sure that all items

How
and when should I pay?
State regulations
require that all charges for local moves be paid upon delivery of the
move. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, cashier’s
check, traveler’s check, or credit card.
For Long Distance Moves
we collect 50% of charges on day of pickup and rest on delivery only
by cash, post office money order only. Please contact us for any
questions related to payments. We can help.
Am
I protected against loss or damage?
Yes, but how much protection you have and its cost to you depends upon the
insurance or valuation option you choose. Please refer to
our coverage options explanation sheet attached or ask our
representative for more information.
Anything
that is definitely a no-go!!! gas,
flammables, medicine, Liquuids, Foods, weapons, ammunition,
pressurized goods . Shipping certain high value items or collections
may require you to purchase extra coverage. If you have a question

can
I pack myself? absolutely
,yes. But be aware of the potential problems. For instance, home
owners insurance or other insurance policies provided by IN &
OUT Moving may not pay out on goods packed by their owner. Please
call us so we can provide more accurate information.
How
long will it take to pack my goods by IN & OUT Movers?
Every home is different but we
can normally pack each room on an average of 1- 1 ½ hours.
Kitchen, pantry or any fragile goods may take longer.
Can
I leave my clothes in their drawers?
Yes, you can however if the crew find it to heavy to carry they
will recommend you to pack it. Just be sure not to leave anything
solid, personal items or jewelry, that can cause damage or can fall
while item will be shifted in different angles.
